Q: Is it complicated if you want to adjust the inflation of the ball?

A: No, the balls inflate with a valve stem like any other sports ball, e.g. Football, Basketball, Soccer ball. Using just the valve stem will let air out. Remove when the inflation level is achieved. Plug with the valve cap.
